We are now running Walk-In Wednesdays! These are offered every Wednesday (depending on artist's annual leave) on a first-come, first-served basis from 10am. Stop by Love & Ink to discuss your body art ideas with our friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Purchase the in values of £50 or chose your amount of £10, £25, £50 to £100. Available in store only.

We take a non-refundable 40% booking fee to confirm your appointment. This can be paid by card over the phone or in person. Unfortunately no appointments can be scheduled without a booking fee. Your booking fee will be taken off your final payment and we ask that you bring the remaining 60% in exact cash to pay the balance on the day. Your appointment is valid for the design discussed and noted in the diary. If you wish to change your design you may be required to re-book with a new booking fee.

All deposits are final and non-refundable. If you'd like to reschedule your tattoo booking then we allow one reschedule and we ask for a minimum of one weeks notice. Unfortunately we cannot make exceptions to this policy. We are a busy studio with a full calendar and this protects our artists from losing out on income. We appreciate your understanding.

• Please allow at least four weeks before requesting a retouch for your tattoo to be fully settled.

• We offer complimentary retouches on all tattoos, by your artist, when booked in with your next tattoo. Please mention this when you book so we can allow for extra time if needed. We also offer complimentary retouch appointments on tattoos over two hours long or over £160, within eight weeks of your original tattoo date. This excludes hands, fingers, wrists and inner lips. More information on these conditions can be found on the back of your pink form. 

• Tattoos under two hours, under £160, or in exempt areas are subject to a small set-up charge of £40. Your pink form will reduce this by £10 if you bring it with you to your appointment. This is your receipt and voucher so please keep it safe and don't forget to bring it! 

• Unfortunately, we cannot make exemptions to this policy. The set-up charge covers the cost of tattoo equipment, which we replace for every session. Your set-up charge covers: needle cartridges, ink, ink cups, paper towels, skin cleanser, razors, tattoo ointment, gloves, cling film, second skin, disinfectant, cleaning supplies, room rental etc. 

• Please note that free tattoo retouches will not always be included in promotional or discounted tattoos, this is down to your artist's discretion.  

• Your Pink Form serves as your voucher and must be brought with you to receive the complimentary retouch. If the form isn't presented in person, the service will be charged at our standard rate. A photograph is not permissible.

• Complimentary retouch appointments are a one time offer and aren't able to be rescheduled. If a reschedule is needed for any reason, the retouch will be chargeable.

• Each tattoo includes one complimentary retouch only. We are unable to offer multiple retouches on the same tattoo, including areas that have been retouched.

• Your artists will have a limited timeframe for your appointment. Retouch appointments are intended strictly for small, specific areas of the tattoo that have been discussed in advanced and must have been highlighted at the time of booking. Any additional work beyond this will be chargeable at our standard rate. 

• Retouches are not a part of our service as a standard, we offer these as a complimentary service at our artists and studios discretion. We thank you for your understanding.
